A book club for fans of mysteries, thrillers and adventures--both fiction and nonfiction. 

Vivian came to New York in the 1920s looking for fame and fortune. She soon became a speakeasy owner, blackmailer, escort, and extortionist--as well as the keeper of a detailed diary. Her dangerous associations with underworld gangsters and corrupt city officials made her a woman who knew too much--and who rightfully feared for her life.
