Join instructor Amy Rudakas for a PiYo workout. PiYo is a low impact, athletic workout set to upbeat music. PiYo combines the mind/body practices of yoga and Pilates, as well as the principles of stretch, strength training, conditioning and dynamic movement. Once registered, you will receive instructions to view the event.
