New to using a phone or tablet? This introductory class helps you build confidence by covering basic navigation, common apps, Wi-Fi connections, and important accessibility and privacy settings.

For children in grades 3 to 5. Create your own piece of art while enjoying some snacks.  All materials will be provided.  Wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy. 

Intermediate level classes are for students who already use English in daily tasks but need to keep improving. The class includes leveled listening, speaking, reading, and writing practice. 

For ages birth to 23 months with a caregiver.

This class is for beginners who are new to English and need extra support with reading, writing, basic vocabulary, and basic life skills.

Learn and practice English in an informal setting. Participants read and discuss books, news, and a variety of other current topics. Open to all.

Celebrate Money Smart Week with Money Matters, featuring guidance on budgeting, fraud prevention, and credit.

Please note this is a two hour program.

Design and sew your own ugly but lovable stuffie! Embrace mistakes while learning basic hand stitches.

For ages 3 to 6 with caregiver. Stories, activities and songs with a visit to touch some of the Plainfield Township Highway Department's trucks. 

This class is for beginners who are new to English and need extra support with reading, writing, basic vocabulary, and basic life skills.

For ages 3 to 5 attending independently.

Build confidence speaking English and ask questions about everyday life in the U.S. Practice conversations you would use at a school, store, doctor's appointment, and with neighbors. Learn how to use the Library and the internet. 

How can you best understand and utilize your genealogy DNA results? Cover how to transfer raw DNA results, link test results, investigate matches, organize shared matches in a spreadsheet, and make use of Quick & Dirty trees.
