The Library's Job Club welcomes job seekers and career changers. Topic: ATS or bust - Part 1   ATS, short for Applicant Tracking Systems, is the Achilles heel of every job seeker.  Since 50-75% of applicants' resumes are never seen by a human, find out how to avoid pitfalls.  Learn the code for finding the right keywords and how to incorporate them into your resume and LinkedIn profile so you get through the many ATS systems.
