If you build it, they will come. This sounds comforting, but it is just not true. You have a great idea, a great plan, all the resources you will need and everything is ready to go. But you don't have customers. Depending on the business, there are some ways that work to get customers and even more that won't work.
We'll talk about the businesses we would like to start or the businesses we are running. We'll share ideas that have worked and ideas that might work. Because we typically are looking for more new customers, so this session will be of benefit to businesses at all stages of creation.
