This program is intended for those entering grades 6 to 12.
Get ready to stretch and relax while learning Yoga from Gina Marie. You will learn yoga poses while learning the importance of self-care and focused breathing. You may bring a yoga mat or towel for use during the session. We will be meeting virtually via Zoom, so make sure you have room to participate. A link to the Zoom presentation will be sent upon registration.
