WATCH NOW or anytime you'd like! 

Can’t stay awake until midnight? Count down to noon and celebrate the upcoming New Year with stories, music and lots of party fun. Participants receive a party kit to ring in the Noon Year at home. Register each child attending. Party kits can be picked up at the Youth Services desk starting on Friday, December 17. One kit per child.
