This program is designed for children ages 3 to 5.
Included in your kit: Instructions, white crayon, winter hat picture, paper to create your snowflakes, cotton balls and food coloring.
Design your own winter hat and snowflakes and watch them come to life with color.

We will start handing out kits at 10:00 am. Kits can be picked up at the Youth Services desk. Kits are first come, first served, and limited to the quantity available. Curbside pick-up is not available today. There is no reserving a kit ahead of time. Once they have all been taken, we will update the Event Calendar.
