Description

The Library is partnering with Elgin Recycling to collect holiday lights that have lost their twinkle. The lights are re-purposed and the Library receives a small amount of money for collecting; all the proceeds are used to fund future green events at the Library. 

The collection bins are located in the parking lot and can be accessed at any time for your convenience November 26 through February 15.
