Hosted by Emanuel Zarate of Patibulario Art & Craft. Join Emanuel as he guides you to create a mesmerizing neon mask. View your creation under a blacklight and be prepared to be stunned by the change in appearance. Emanuel's art highlights the importance of using recycled materials and sustainability. Paint and supplies will be provided.
